At International Tiles we want you to be satisfied with the complete service. Therefore our attention doesn't end when you leave the shop. Our returns policy means that after you complete the job, should you have any tiles left over, just bring them back for a complete refund.

We will refund them if brought back within 4 weeks of the purchase date with a valid receipt. However, this policy does not apply to tiles that were special order for us, or to tiles that were on sale or reduced to clear.
